If you’re in Palm Springs on Saturday morning, please stop by Ruth Hardy Park for the 24th annual Desert AIDS Walk, to benefit the amazing work of the Desert AIDS Project. Registration to participate in the walk begins at 8 AM.
The event is going to be a fun filled day!
First, join the “man with the mic” Nicholas Snow; actor, activist, singer, songwriter, journalist, columnist, producer, host, publisher and so much more. He’s the composer and performer of “The Power To Be Strong” promoting HIV testing and safe sex awareness. <a href="http://www.desertaidsproject.org/">Click here for a free download of the song on the Desert AIDS Project site.

Mr. Nevins has performed his highly acclaimed one man show to rave reviews numerous times in Palm Springs. He’s also served as MC for many of Desert AIDS Project events, and will be at many more soon to be announced events. .
There’s more surprise entertainment scheduled, as well as fifty vendors who’ll be on site with all sorts of goodies and information. Don’t miss the “Health & Wellness Festival Village” sponsored by Walgreen’s, and to keep you little one’s happy, visit the “Tot-Lot”!

Your European representative wishes you all a great day. Get out the British and French flags (if you have them!!) and wave them as proof that the Desert Aids walk is getting international recognition! Would love to be there!
