Shelter From the Storm, the organization whose tremendous and unwavering assistance annually comes to the aid of over 2000 women and children who are victims of domestic violence, is seeking volunteers to take calls for assistance, aid medical personnel in the clinic, teach or tutor children in the shelters, and act as community outreach ambassadors.
Two 40-hour volunteer training sessions are scheduled for March 2nd-4th and March 9th-11th at Shelter from the Storm’s administrative office in Palm Desert.
